Dear Grandma,

You were the love of my life. You were the strongest, sassiest, and most fearless person I know. Whatever I did and wanted to do you supported me. You came to my tennis matches, you were my model when I wanted to practice makeup, and you made sure I called you every day after work to tell you how I did that day. You always used to end our phone calls with listen to me and you will make it big, trust me you're going to go far in life. You would say to me it is what it is, and work hard and do big things. I never took your advice for granted. I fought hard to get myself into Nordstrom and I fight everyday to keep my place as the top seller. You were always my number one fan you would hang onto every word when I told you good news. You were there for the good news and the bad news. You got me through the darkest times in my life with just simple phone calls. I would call you when the days were dark and long and you would be my ray of sunshine. When I used to run away from home I would run to Cornwall A and beg you not to tell my mom. We would water your plants on your balcony and you would cook me a steak. We would both fall asleep to a Hallmark movie. I have no regrets I asked you everything I wanted to, I did everything I wanted to do with you, and I loved you as hard as I possibly could. I do wish I could have one last phone call, one last kiss, one last sleepover, and one last time hearing you complain about the lizards, cats, or food you ate that day. I wish you got see me turn 21 tomorrow. I miss your laugh, your sassiness, and your wise sayings like don't get mad get glad! I know your with grandpa and we have all gained the most beautiful guardian angel. I know you know how much I loved you but I'll say it again; I love you baby bella. And as my favorite Billie Holiday song goes: I'll find you in the morning sun, And when the night is new, I'll be looking at the moon, But I'll be seeing you.

For Grandma: 

Anyone that really knows me knows that my grandma meant the world to me.

How do you try and express how much someone means to you when they mean so much that you yourself can't even begin to describe it? That is the kind of love I have for my grandma Bella. My famous line has always been "I love you more than you will ever know" because that is the only way I can describe it in words. 

Grandma was my life guru she always gave me the best advice for everything and I don't know life without her. She was my life line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

I would do anything, give anything up to have her back but no amount of time would ever be enough to have with her. There are so many things in my life I still wanted to share with her, so many wonderful things we dreamed about together for my future but I know she will never be far. I am lucky for all the love that she has given me and thankful for all the amazing years we had together. I feel like a huge piece of me and my heart are missing, but I know it will become bigger and stronger with her spirit and all the amazing memories I have of my grandma. 

I am so blessed not just for grandma and all the time I've had with her but for the huge family she created as the matriarch. All I can think about is how full of love grandmas heart must be. No matter what happens when one of us needs it most we are all there for each other. I am eternally grateful to you grandma for all you have given me.

So to my 4 foot 11, strong and sassy Gramcracker I will forever miss you, forever think about you, forever love you, and will brag about you until the ends of time. I promise to stay strong for you and make you so proud. I will make our dream come true. I love you so much more than you will ever know. Rest In Peace Grandma
