Dr. Moshe Adler, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and ophthalmologic surgeon, passed away peacefully in Boca Raton, Florida, on April 20, 2025, at the age of 78.
He was born in Szczecin, Poland and raised in Haifa, Israel. He was a graduate of the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School and served in the Israeli army as a medic during both the Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War.

He went on to private practice, eventually landing in Akron, Ohio, where he cared for patients for 25 years—specializing in cataract surgery, retinal refraction, and complex eye conditions.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Ora Adler; daughters Shira Crittendon (Chris) and Karen Resnick (Seth); grandchildren Adam and Jack Crittendon, Lucy and Alex Resnick, and sister Bracha Goldberg (Ilan) of Haifa, Israel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rachel and Shlomo Adler of Haifa.

He took joy in building computers with them, attending their games, and staying closely involved in their lives. His presence was constant, and his support unwavering.
He loved his family deeply and never stopped learning, and will be remembered for his loyal heart and steady presence.
