Ava Dunham-Tuley

The family will be at Bratcher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas for visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, Sunday, October 25, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, October 26, 2015 at First Christian Church in Denison with Dr. Jeff Johnson officiating.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm, Monday, October 26, 2015 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Texarkana, Texas.

Ava was born Saturday, February 3, 1923 in Emory, Texas, the daughter of Windle Watson and Georgia Isabel Watson. She was married to Bill Dunham for 61 years and she married Charles Tuley on December 14, 2009. She was an active member of First Christian Church in Denison and loved to dance with all of her friends in the area at the senior dances.

She is survived by Husband Charles Tuley; daughters Patsy Raney and husband Charles of Texarkana, Texas, Billie Polen and husband Dick of Wylie, Texas; step-daughter Debbie Perkins and husband Chester of Sherman, Texas; grandchildren Chris Raney of Frisco, Texas, Chad Raney of Texarkana, Amanda Horton of Texarkana, Sean Polen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Stephen Polen of Krugerville; brother Danny Watson of Odell; sister Melba Warren of McKinney and five great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by husband of 61 years, Bill Dunham; brothers Windle Watson, Ed Watson; sisters Cora Lee Tidwell, Wanda Holloway and Selby Joyce Watson.
