Blanche was born March 29, 1919 to Oscar and Eunice (Floyd) James in Newton, Mississippi. She married Henry Brown, Jr. on June 106, 1945 in Dallas, Texas. She worked as a Newspaper Editor for the Texas Catholic Newspaper for more than 18 years. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Sherman, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
She is survived by two sons, James and Sondra Brown of Littleton, Colorado and Jerry Brown of Sherman, Texas.
