Bobby Lynn Kerley

Bobby Lynn Kerley born December 10, 1946 in Denison, Tx to the late Lehman and Una Kerley. He fought a courageous battle against cancer and died peacefully December 8, 2015 at his home in Magnolia, Tx.

Bobby was a native Denisonian and a 1965 graduate of Denison High. He was husband to Carol Kerley of Houston, Tx. He was the father to his only child, Ashley Morgan and husband Matt of Longview, Tx. He was the grandfather to Seth, Kaden and Zachary. Also left to cherish his memories are stepchildren, Michael Clark of Houston, Tx and Leigh Ann McKay of Tyler, Tx. As well as his beloved cat Bobo and many family and friends. Bobby enjoyed traveling, NASCAR, fishing and spending time with family.

Funeral services will be held December 15 at 2:00pm at Southside Baptist Church in Denison, Tx with Pastor Keith Taylor officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Tx.

Pallbearers are Ronny Thomas, Gary Delong, Dee Slagle, David Maxwell, Matt Morgan, Seth Morgan and Michael Clark.
