Brenda Sue West Stowers

Brenda was born June 26, 1942 to Aubrey and Evie West in Bonham, Texas. She touched many lives through her life long career as a nurse and she will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters Pam Clark, Becky Watkins and husband Walter of Denison; sons Kenny Spear and wife Alice of Denison, David Spear of Platter, Oklahoma, Terry Stowers and wife Tamara of Durant, Oklahoma; sister Shirley Malone of Anna, Texas and brother Steve West of Sherman; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband John Becknel; sisters Barbra Grubbs, Teresa Martinez; brothers Jimmie and Mike West.

The family will receive visitors Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 108 Desvoignes Road, Denison, Texas from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Raymond England officiating.
