Rest in peace Daddy! I love you and I will miss you every single day!!

LEON:
  I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a true friend these past fifteen years. From the beginning at BONHAM until now, you were always there to talk and to listen but, most of all to unequivocally understand !
       When I left BONHAM and made that long journey to Denison you, BURL, and Mark were there to help me reintegrate to a larger more diverse community. I’ll not soon forget how you volunteered me to be Santa Clause for two years for the housing authority. lol 
       We were able to stay connected after I got a counseling job in Fort Worth because you played golf in so many tournaments around the Metro area. You loved that time with your daughter but, would find a way to sleep over a night with Michael ll and I. I remember coming back to Denison to help you get your truck inspected! lol.         
  LEON, you always made me want to become a better man. I love you Brother and I miss you a lot. Michael ll and I were talking about you and the memories we all made. I showed him your obit and when he saw your picture, he wept. In time, we will accept you leaving and move to another level of joy. It is my hope that new joy is tempered with my gratitude LEON. 
 Thank you for being my friend until we meet again. I will forever have you and your family in my prayers and I will never forget you.
