Lonnie Tim Timothy Young

The family will be at Bratcher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas for visitation from 6:30 – 7:30 P.M., Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 31 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Tibby officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Clarence Hayes, Larry Campbell, Domingo Plata, Spencer Strawn, Austin Harville, Devin Morris, Kevin Ellis and Justin Jordan. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Phelps and Steven Farley.

Tim was born Sunday, April 11, 1954 in Denison, Texas, the son of Tommy L. Young and Dorothy Mae Stevens Young. He was of the Baptist faith. He worked for TDJC for 11 years; loved to do wood working, playing with his grandkids and being on Lake Texoma with his family.

He is survived by wife Carolyn of Ivanhoe; son Lonnie Timothy, Jr. & wife Haley of Ivanhoe; daughter Ardra Jones & husband Brian of Austin, Texas; brother Vernon Young & wife Doris of Indianapolis, Indiana; sisters Linda Rowe & husband Bill of Garland, Texas, Peggy Coley & husband Don of Denison, Texas; grandchildren Kima Young, Ardra Marie Young, Quinlyn and Korra Jones.

He is preceded in death by his parents Tommy & Dorothy Young; daughter Faith Young and grandson Tommy Young.
