Martha Sue Roberts

Memorial services will be held at Parkside Baptist Church in Denison on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Texas.

Martha Sue was born on Sunday, July 5, 1931 in Waco, Texas to Frank and Lucy Short. She attended and graduated from Denison High School, where she was a Yellow Jacket cheerleader. She was a longtime member of Parkside Baptist Church.

Survivors are sons Randy Henderson of Garland, Texas, Scott Daniels and wife Tracy of Riesel, Texas; daughter-in-law Brenda Henderson; grandchildren Tresta Freeman, Brad Henderson, Morgan and Claire Daniels; great-granddaughter Kayley Henderson; twin sister Mary Lou Beasley of Denison and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are her parents and brother Lloyd Short.
