The family will be at Bratcher Funeral Home for visitation on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 6 – 8 P.M.

Funeral service will be held at 9:30 A.M., Saturday at Fairview Cemetery Chapel. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, 1501 State Hwy. 91, Denison, TX 75020.

Ricky was born July 30, 1952 in Jacksonville, Texas, the son of Jessie Durrett & Ruth Bolton. He was a Christian; a truck driver; owned & operated a restaurant; loved to hunt, fish & cook. He married Linda Clayton in Dallas, Texas on December 10, 1975.

He is survived by his wife Linda of Pottsboro; sons David Rogers of Tyler, TX, Stephen Durrett of Pottsboro, Jessee Durrett & wife Krystal of Mead, OK, Raymond Durrett of McKinney, TX; daughter Julie Gomez & husband John of Gainesville, TX; brothers Tony Durrett & wife Joyce of Emory, TX, Danny Durrett & wife Lynda of Cash, TX; sister Glenda McKinney; grandchildren Kelsey Durrett, Kendal Durrett, Dusty Badgett & Sincera Rogers.
