Darrell Edward Igou

Darrell Edward Igou, aged 83, passed away on February 18, 2026. He was born on February 27, 1942 to parents Zelma Pearl Brown and Floyd Igou Jr. Darrell was a lifelong Colorado resident where he enjoyed fishing, camping, coaching soccer, woodworking, and being outdoors. Going on traveling adventures with his wife and kids was a favorite pastime. His father was a World War II veteran, earning a Purple Heart medal and Darrell had his father’s fighting spirit.

Darrell leaves behind his wife, Connie Igou, four children – Dale, Chris, and Tom, and KayAnnah, and a sister, Rene’ Ballinger, and several grandchildren. In passing, he joins his parents and his sister, Lynette Alferos.
