Beloved wife of the late Robert Caflisch; loving mother of Kathy (Gustavo Oroza) Kalck;
dear sister of the late Lawrence Robillard, Adeline Rector, Clarence and Wilbert Rasmussen. Helen is survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, Narda and Al Oroza and devoted friends especially Joyce Burns.
Helen was a shining light and source of inspiration to many. She enjoyed life and never met a person she could not talk with. Her greatest gift was being a relentless giver who always strived to make people feel joy.
Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, September 7, 2024, 10 am until time of memorial service at 11 am at the Swan Lake Chapel at Ridgewood Cemetery, 9900 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Des Plaines, IL.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s research or the World Central Kitchen would be appreciated.
