Judith H. Stiles

Judith Helen Stiles passed away on October 19, 2024. She was born on December 15, 1953 in Waukegan, IL. After her family moved to Glencoe, IL she grew up there and graduated from New Trier High School and then Western Illinois University. She worked in the corporate world for a short time and then realized her true calling was in education. She got her Masters Degree from National Louis University with an emphasis in Special Education. She taught a self-contained special ed class for years at Abbott Middle School in Waukegan and touched so many lives with her amazing gift of teaching with love and care. She was an active member of the North Shore United Methodist Church in Glencoe and sang in the choir for years. She spent the last 3 years living in the Memory Care Facility at the Sheridan in Green Oaks.

She is survived by her 7 siblings, 19 nieces & nephews and 37 great nieces & nephews. She was very loved by all of them.

A private interment ceremony will be held in the late Spring. Judi's life was one of profound dedication to her family, her faith, and to teaching and helping others. She left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She will be greatly missed!
