Mabel M. Luta, nee Konopacz, 89; loving wife of the late Stanley Luta; caring mother of Stanley A. Luta, Stephen(Margaret) Luta and Judith (Charles) Hillstrom; dear grandmother of Adele(Christian) Marin, Arlette (Joseph) Roberts, Alec (Sheila) Luta, and Austin Luta, Justin Hillstrom, Traci (George) Tsakiris, and Kyle Hillstrom; fond sister of the late Anne (Late Stanley) Plens, late William(Dorothy) Konopacz, late Virginia (late Lawrence) Dudek and the late Edward(late Virginia) Konopacz; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mabel was the original comptroller for Wimppy's Int'l, Manager of Hotel Harding Apts., President of Mothers club at St. Wenceslaus Parish, owner of Mabel's Grocery store in Chicago and owner of Stanley's West Irving Liquor store. Visitation Thursday, from 3 to 9 p.m., at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St., Des Plaines, IL, (corner of Northwest Hwy./RT14 and Rand Rd.). Funeral Friday, 9:15 a.m. from chapel to St. Paul of the Cross Church, 320 S.
