Patricia A Anderson

Patricia Ann Anderson, daughter of Nels and Annette Anderson. Born August 3, 1933. Beloved sister of the late Jean (Raymond) Swanson and Joyce McNealy. Devoted aunt to Brian McNealy, Kristie (Garland) Powell, Paul (Helga) Swanson, Karen Swanson, Eric (Laura) Swanson, and Craig Swanson. Loving aunt of many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Pat was a graduate of St. Anne’s Hospital School of Nursing, Chicago and received her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, Seattle. She worked at Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, Illinois, and Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, and as a Vice-President of LaRabida Children’s Hospital. She also taught nursing administration at University of Illinois, Chicago, and at St. Xavier University. Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 2016 from 3:00-9:00PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street (Northwest Hwy/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines, IL 60016, where friends and family will gather Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 10:30AM for a funeral service at 11:00AM, interment Mount Olive Cemetery.
