Rick Scott Phillips, age 59, of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
Rick is survived by his wife, Deborah Phillips; his mother Rose Phillips Reavis (Aaron); his sister Karin Bagnasco (Jim); and his niece LindsayBagnasco. He was preceded in death by his father Phillip Phillips.
