He spent many years as a scallop fisherman and really enjoyed being on the sea. He enjoyed playing crib, darts, poker and Skip-Bo. His favorite sports were curling and hockey and was an avid Boston Bruins fan. He enjoyed baking and will be remembered for his home made baked bread. He enjoyed his snacks such as chips and lots of sweets. His favorite saying was “Old Sunny Day”.
Surviving are the love of his life, Paula Stevenson, step daughter Latoya, Digby; step-sons Tim, Bridgewater; Jermaine, Digby; sister Linda, Bridgewater, granddaughters Kira, Kaila, Tyra, Shania, Digby; Courtney, Tara, Bridgewater; nephew Jamie, Bridgewater. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Burnley, Philip and Everett.
