Mr Brian Milner Sr

Milner, P. Brian-64 of Bear River passed away August 14, 2011, in Digby General Hospital. Brian was a son of Allister Milner, Brooklyn and the late Pauline Milner, Bear River. Brian was a member of the Bear River Baptist Church and past member of the Bear River Fire Dept., member of the Digby Co. Exhibition and Scouts Canada. Brian retired from the NS Power Corp. in 2000 and enjoyed a career in trucking until his retirement in 2009. Brian is survived by his wife of 41 years MaryAnn; sons, Paul (Rebecca) Milner, Ont.; David Milner, Nfld.; daughter, Alissa (Mitchell) Henshaw, Halifax; Sue Milner, Waldec; grandchildren, Travis, Ashley, Kyle, Brandon, MacKenzie and Brody. Brother David (MaryAnn) Milner, Alberta and sisters Audrey (Frank) Dennison, , and Karen (Warren) Wagner, both from Brooklyn, Queen’s Co.; sister-in-law Valerie (Donald) Holbein, Deep Brook; many nieces and nephews. Brian was pre-deceased by niece Jennifer Wagner, Brooklyn and grandparents. Visitation 7pm-9pm today at Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch Street, Digby.
