

Bunker, Clifford James – Age 85 passed away peacefully at his home in Tiddville in the early hours of Sunday, January 11, 2015. Born in Centreville he was a son of the late Darrell and Kathleen (Stanton) Bunker. He was a long standing member of the Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church in Tiddville. Clifford and his wife, Elsie were the first couple to get married in the church in 1953, shortly after it was built. He was always smiling and laughing and was an absolute delight to all who knew him. Clifford adored Elsie and he always made time for each of his children who loved him dearly. He will be missed here on earth, but Clifford is now at home with his heavenly Father. Clifford is survived by wife, Elsie (Tidd) Bunker; daughters, Cathy (Brad) D’Entremont, Yarmouth; Pam (Bob) Dyck, Dartmouth; Holly (Nelson) Koonce, Black’s Harbor, NB; Julie (Tim) Long, Tiddville; son, Edward (Nikki) Bunker, Dartmouth; 16 Grandchildren; Marsha Sinclair, Kentville; Heidi Leblanc, Yarmouth; Dwayne Sinclair, Alberta; Melanie Ryan, Dartmouth; Amy Logue, Dartmouth; Melanie Daniels-Dyck, Dartmouth; Cameron Daniels-Dyck, Dartmouth; Erica Rorie, North Carolina, USA; Ashley Koonce, North Carolina, USA; Jessica Koonce, Maine, USA; Zachary Koonce, Black's Harbour, NB; Ethan Koonce, Black's Harbour, NB; Chad Bunker, Halifax; Felicia Giberson, NB; Isaac Gillis, Dartmouth; Timothy Bunker, Dartmouth; 10 Great-Grandchildren; Damien Deveau, Ashlyn & Rylan Leblanc, Kaitlyn & Michael Ryan, Dayna Matthews, Sage Gondrez, Hezekiah Rorie, Emerie Koonce, Laurel Bunker; sisters, Evelyn Nesbitt, Hazel Farnsworth, Debbie Addington, many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Clifford was predeceased by sisters, Joan Harris; brothers, Murray, Darrell and Larry. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 today, January 13, 2015 from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch St. Digby(245-2525). Funeral Service at 1pm Wednesday january 14 from Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church in Tiddville. Rev Charles Belong presiding. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Little River.
