We met Daisy through our dear mutual friend , Corinne. They visited us last this past early spring and we all had our usual fun visit and conversation. As I have told Corinne , we enjoyed Daisy and her loving disposition immensely. We were heartbroken to hear of her unexpected illness and death. It was like we had known her always from the first moment we met , giving a hug on departure. We will miss you Daisy , we loved you for the special person that you were. We are glad that you suffer no more . Sing with the angels sweetheart, we will remember you. Reg & Patsy , Bridgetown , N.S.

Daisy was my kind hearted, life long friend for many years. As she wove her way through the neighbourhood on her long walks she would come down the little path off the highway every day to say hello. If you were in your garden, at your mailbox or along the road you were bound to have an interesting conversation with Daisy as she passed by. Her sunny disposition and cheerful nature could often change your day. Like that bright little flower that is her name, Daisy brought a touch of sunshine into the hearts of all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by her whole community and those of us who loved her.

Our sincere sympathy to Daisy's family and friends,
Daisy was a one of a kind lady, so friendly to everyone. It was always a pleasure to meet her while out on her walks or in Digby shopping and engage in conversation with her. She always had lots to tell you and her stories were so interesting of things she had seen on her walks, which she so enjoyed. She lived a quiet life, enjoying nature and all God's creatures. She touched many lives with her gentle spirit...
Rest in Peace Daisy, Gloria and Leigh Wright
