Diane Marie Milbury

Diane Marie Milbury – Age 69 passed away January 30th, 2016 in Digby General Hospital. Born in Digby she was a daughter of the late Donald and Bessie (Amero) Rice of Bear River. Diane worked at several locations, Sonny’s canteen, The Packet, CFB Cornwallis, operator owner of “Fabric and Notions” Bear River. Diane was a member of Bear River Legion Ladies Auxiliary; Rebekah Lodge and she volunteered with many organizations. Diane is survived by daughters, Tina (Andy) Jefferson, Trudy (Pab) Frost; son, Brent (Twila) Jefferson; grandchildren, Janelle, Drew, Dawson and Abby; brother, Donald (Norma) Rice, mother in-law, Marion Milbury; sisters, Donna, Roseland; many nephews, nieces, cousins; many friends and the crafty girls. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Milbury; sisters, Nina, Delores and Shirley. Funeral Service at 2pm, Wednesday February 3rd from Bear River United Baptist Church. Pastor Mark Cress will preside. Donations in memory may be made to Bear River and Area Community Health Clinic.
