I am so sorry to hear of Eleanor’s  passing  and send my condolences to all her family.
Eleanor, Richard and I were in junior high together at Bear River Oakdene School.  Eleanor was a lovely friend and we spent many noon hours chatting out under the old oak tree.  Unfortunately those times ended at the end of grade 9 when Eleanor went on to Digby High School and I went to Annapolis Royal Regional Academy.  We did meet up again a few years back at a school reunion at Bear River Oakdene.  It was a pleasure to see her again after so many years.
Rest in peace Eleanor.  Your family has lost a dear soul.

My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Eleanor. I used to work with her at North Hills Nursing Home many years ago. She was a kind compassionate person with a beautiful smile and laugh.

Eleanor and I worked together at northhills Nursing Home in Granville Ferry , NS, from 2002 til I retired in 2008. She was a diligent,  caring , professionsl, respectful, respected and tireless worker . Eleanor had  received specual training in Physiotherapy and was the official 'in-house'  provider of the Residents' daily physio needs.  Her  voice, her smile and her wonderful laugh were  the little things i remember so well. 

My kost sincere cindolences to all Eleanor's family and friends.   Ehe was truly a 'one in a million' lady . Anyone who knew her can never forget her.

Condolences to Eleanor’s family. 
I will always remember Eleanor at the Digby Co., Exhibition Grounds. It was always a pleasure to see her.  A kind and generous lady.

So sad to hear of this tragedy. I used to ride the school bus daily  with Eleanor, Richard, Patsy, and Dale as we were young to Digby High and back to Bear River, year after year. I was talking to Eleanor just a couple of weeks ago in Super Store, so glad we chatted. A person never knows. She was just a very nice person to talk with and I know she helped many people in her lifetime. Condolences to Chuck, their sons, and Eleanor's brothers and sisters. May she rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Eleanors family. She has left a huge hole in all our lives.  I just feel so sad for you all. She was a very kind and caring woman. She was one of the first friends I made when I first moved in this area full time. She has spend many many hours in the last few years looking after my mom. We just always thought she would be here. Mother and I are devastated as I know all of you are. Keep strong for each other. Thinking of you all.

My sincerest condolences to Chuck and the family circle on the  death  of Eleanor. She sat close to me in church. A lovely lady who always took time to speak to me. Safe In the Arms of Jesus.

My fondest memories that I will hold close to my heart is when she and Chucky were our neighbours. Visiting her to see the horses and when she had Emus. She taught me to ride horses and helped tame my uneasiness around them. She was also my Gym Fitness partner at the High School many years ago.
My family adored her especially during the last year of my Mom’s life when she would help look after her in the evenings and overnight. Will miss you so much. 
 Our thoughts and prayers are with her entire family and friends during this difficult time.
