

Lillian Joy Titus, 84, of Digby, NS passed away on June 5 2022 at TideView with Irma and Beverly by her side. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan she was the daughter of the late Henry and Anne (Schellenberg) Kroeker.
Lillian will be remembered for her many wonderful qualities, her generosity, her outgoing nature, her ability to tell a great story and her sharp sense of humour. She loved to take care of people and was known to have an open door policy; everyone was always welcome in her home! Her kindness and hospitality extended with her involvement as a member with the Rebekah Assembly. Family was the most important thing to Lillian. She was a homemaker when her children were growing up, after which she began working at DB Kenney’s. After retiring she enjoyed spending the winters in Florida with her husband Glendon. Lillian enjoyed spending time with her pride n joys, great granddaughters Nevaeh and Sydney! She was a member of the Westport Church of Christ and in later years The Good Samaritan Church in North Range. Lillian enjoyed knitting, needle pointing, listening to classic country music, spending time outdoors and she cherished the company of her beloved Yorkies.
Lillian is survived by; daughters, Irma Titus, Jutta, Glenda Welch (Stephen); sister, Delores Crompton; brothers, Wayne Kroeker and Jim Kroeker; grandchildren, Austen, Beverly (Jody), Dennis (Nidia), Curtis, Travis; great grandchildren, Desten, Jayden, Nevaeh, Sydney, Alexander, Ben, Messiah, Joy, Freedom, Love; great-great grand daughter, Lyric and many nieces and nephews. As well as her parents Lillian was predeceased by; husband, Glendon Titus; her infant twin brother; sisters, Esther and Shirley; grandson in-law, Lee White; great grandson, Austen Jr.
We would like to extend our appreciation to the staff of TideView Terrace for the care they gave Lillian, with a special thank you to Amanda, Elizabeth, Kayla, Loretta, Nicole and Mackenzie for the exceptional care and kindness they showed Lillian and her family during this difficult time.
As per Lillian’s wishes cremation has taken place under the care of Jaynes Funeral Home, with a graveside service to be held at a later date. Donations in memory can be made to TideView Terrace bus fund.
