Wayne Joseph Robicheau

It is with great sorrow, the Robicheau family announce the passing of Wayne Joseph Robicheau on Jan. 10, 2025, at the age of 62.

Wayne passed away peacefully at home in the loving arms of his wife Crystal. He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends.

Those closest to Wayne know that he was a true lover of life; a humorous story teller, lover of all music and dance. He believed in making memories and living life to the fullest. I can bet you dollars to doughnuts there is a celebration of life happening in heaven as we speak.

A life which began in the military ended with a 30 year career as an engineer on the Island's Ferry Service. After retirement Wayne enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Traveling, playing endless games of pool with his friends in the man cave and gathering around a roaring fire in the back yard.

Sadly Wayne leaves behind his loving wife and soul mate Crystal and stepson Justin Sullivan. He is also survived by his sister Sandra (Nathan) Leal, Dartmouth NS, brother Derek Robicheau, BC and his extended family of friends.

Wayne is now at peace reunited with his loving Mom, Dad, brothers Gerry, Michael and James; along with so many wonderful friends whom he has missed greatly.

He was one of a kind. Wayne will never be forgotten but forever remembered and missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Jayne's Funeral Home, Digby.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan 17, 2025 at 1 pm at Jayne's Funeral Home chapel.

A private graveside service, for family and friends, will be held at a later date.
