Alvin Gene Smith, was born on December 5, 1950 to Clarence and Bessie Smith in Enid, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Smith, children, Greg Middleton, Desiree Mendes, and Charlie Middleton, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, James and Jimmy Smith, 4 nieces, 1 nephew, 4 great-nieces, 3 great-nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
