Frank is survived by his wife, Cindy Fox of Dinuba; five children, Frank Fox, Jr. of St. Roberts, MO, Desiree Diane Tamez of Parlier, CA, Keith Covert of Laguna, CA, Robert Godin of Dinuba, and Steven Godin of Dinuba; his grandchildren, Alia Tamez, Ezekiel Tamez, Kaitlin Covert, Jeremy Covert, Brian Godin, Morgan Godin and Kyra Godin; a great granddaughter, Kristen Covert; two brothers, Stephen Floyd of Niles, MI, and Kennith Wayne Payne of Quitman, AR; and two sisters, Kathy Ecale of Mojave Valley, AZ, and Ruth King of Las Vegas, NV.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
