Jess is survived by his wife, Oralia Ortega; four daughters, Rosemary Ortega of Fresno, Betty Rocha of Visalia, Yolanda Rios of Kingsburg and Linda Ortega of Orosi; two sons, Jesse Ortega, Jr, of Orosi and Rene Ortega of Cutler; 16 grandchildren; and seven brothers and sisters, Federico Ortega, Pedro Ortega, Agustina Flores, Phillip Ortega, Margaret Ortega, Joe Ortega and Candy Garza. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at St Catherine's Catholic Church in Dinuba, with the recitation of the rosary at 6:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at St. Catherine's Catholic Church.
