I worked with Rita and just learned of her passing. I’m so sorry on her loss. She was a wonderful person.

I’ll always cherish the memories of playing *Lotería* with you—how me and Rocky would save up just to buy a beer for the weekend, only to risk it all for a chance to win (and usually lose!) playing with you. But what truly mattered was the laughter, the time together as family, and the joy we shared, even when we walked away empty-handed. Those moments were priceless.  

May you rest peacefully in the celestial heavens, *Tía Rita*. Watch over all of us who loved you so dearly. You’ll forever be in our hearts.
