WERTHEIM, Ann 98 of Houston, TX sadly passed away on November 12, 2015. She will be sorely missed and was loved by all. Funeral services will be held at the I.J. Morris Funeral Home 21 East Deer Park Rd Dix Hills, NY, 11746 on Monday, November 16 at 12:00pm. Interment will take place immediately following at the Beth Moses Cemetery.
