Henry "Hank" Jerome age 72 of Hauppauge, NY passed away April 22, 2013. Beloved husband of Laurie Jerome, and dear friend of Ira Jacobs. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2013 at the Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY commencing at 1:00pm. Those attending please meet at the cemetery office. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan B. Coleman Breast Cancer Association.
