Leonard Cohen

Born in Brooklyn NY, 9/29/23, he was the oldest child of Morris and Anna Cohen.

Lenny’s beloved wife of 72 years predeceased him by 36 hours. She left this earth holding his hand.

Together they had 2 daughters, Marcia Feldman ( Elliot) of Sharon, MA and Sherry Cohen of Hoboken NJ. He was the devoted brother of the late Audrey Friedman formerly of Brooklyn NY and the devoted brother in law of Gloria Bernstein of Bellmore NY.

His greatest pleasure was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Amanda ( Jon) Drobnis and Sarah ( Adam) Fogel. In later years he welcomed with open arms, his step- grandchildren, Adam

( Alison) Feldman and Josh ( Caroline) Feldman.

Great grandchildren rounded out his rich life with Ella, Landon, Jade, Eden , Piper and Shay.

His nieces and nephews: Mark Friedman, David Friedman ( Debbie) and Karen Jessen ( John), Marna ( Mitch ) Margulis and Neil ( Amdrea) Bernstein all played a prominent role in his life as he took great pride in all their accomplishments.

When not with family he could be found playing the drums in many orchestras/ bands until he was 97. His most loyal groupie was his wife Bunny.

Visits at the home of Marcia and Elliot Feldman

Saturday 6:30p- 9p

Sunday 2-4 and 6:30-9

Monday 2-4 and 6:30-9

Evening minyan 7p.
