Patricia Tokar, age 70 passed away on September 30, 2012. Patricia leaves behind her beloved husband of 33 years, Stanley Tokar; her loving children Lisa Pitti, Stephanie (Jeffrey) Lipsky, and Jeffrey Tokar; her adored grandchildren Jackie, Jacob, and Jenna; as well as her cherished sister Lorraine Cannatella. Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, and sister; and practiced as a registered nurse for over 49 years. She will be truly missed. Services will be held at I J Morris, Dix Hills on Wednesday October 3, 2012 commencing at 1:30pm, with interment to immediately follow at the Mt. Golda Cemetery located in Huntington Station, NY. Shiva will be observed at the Tokar Residence, (10 Sleepy Lane. Melville, NY 11747) beginning Wednesday October 10, 2012, lasting for 7 seven days. In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to Huntington Hospital, The M.S. Society, and the Humane Society.
