Steven R. Newman - age 64 of Melville, NY passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Steven is predeceased in life by his beloved wife Ilene, and is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law Allison and Karl Fisher, and his adored granddaughter Emma. May his memory be eternal. Funeral services will be held graveside on Thursday, May 4, 2017 commencing at 1:00pm at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Pinelawn, NY. Those attending please meet at the cemetery office. Shiva will be observed at the "Newman" residence, (23 Hanley Avenue. Melville, NY 11747) Thursday immediately following services through Friday, and will resume on Sunday at the "Fisher" residence (23 Hart Acre Rd. Southington, CT 06489), from 11:00am - 5:00pm.
