Potter, Beatrice Elizabeth (VanderMale), age 95, passed away October 18, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Potter; son, Stephen; and siblings and spouses William and Dorothy, Carl and Mae, Gilbert and Agatha, and Helene. She is survived by her loving sister, Emily and Jay Lugthart.
She is also survived by her children June and Bruce Smith, Nancy and Randy VanderBoon, Jim and Chris Potter; grandchildren Sara and Gerrit Rozeboom, Lora VanDyke, Jared and Renee Smith, Rena and Jeff Whelan, Darci VanderBoon and financé, Luke Hoover, Darren and Emily VanderBoon, Kara VanderBoon, Anthony and Leslie Potter, Benjamin and Elizabeth Potter; great-grandchildren Correna and Jordan Knibbe, Gerrit, Ella, Katelyn, Drew Rozeboom, Calvin, Caleb, Carter VanDyke, Autumn, Jude, Mya Smith, Ty, Ryan, Scott Whelan, Brycen, Brinley Potter, William, Olivia, and Isaac Potter.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday October 21, 2023 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th Ave. Dorr, MI with Rev. Herman Hofman officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m., all at the Dorr Chapel. Burial will be at Dorr Cemetery.
