Mrs. Beulah Carson

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 15, 2010 at Byrd Funeral Home on West Main Street. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the memorial service.

Ms. Carson was born July 12, 1921 in Ivanhoe, Virginia and lived most of her life in East Orange, NJ. She was employed with Tunsol for 35 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church in South Orange, NJ.

She is predeceased by her parents, John W. and Fannie Carson, a son, Jimmy Carson, a twin brother, John Carson, three brothers, Jessie Carson, Nathaniel Carson and Rob Carson and a granddaughter, Wendy Carson.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Anne Clark Carson of Abbeville, AL; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Watson Carson of Roselle, NJ; a grandson, Todd Carson (Joy) of Roselle, NJ; a great-grandchild, Chauntelle Carson of Roselle, NJ, Kyree Carson of Roselle, NJ, Tahdir Carson of Roselle, NJ ; a great-great grandson, Jayden Carson of Roselle, NJ; a brother, Charles Carson and his wife, Josephine of Reston, VA; two sisters, Margie Charton and Pearl Carson, both of Roanoak, VA; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
