He is survived by his son Ezra Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren Dallas, Chandler, Caleb and Amber; son, Illya Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren Taylor, Tad Jr and Deunan; daughter Lora Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren Seren and Tyler; brother CM Russell-Howland Jr of Pickens County and his children Chris, Carey and CJ.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Susan D. Russell-Howland; father Cyril M. Russell-Howland and mother Ethelyn Russell-Howland.
Visitation for Mr. Russell-Howland will be from 12 until 2 o'clock on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Whitley Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home with the funeral at 2 o'clock in the chapel. Rev. Jay W. Daniel will officiate. There will also be a memorial service for Mrs. Susan Russell-Howland at that time. Burial will follow at Mozley Gardens.
