Jeannette was born in Austell, Georgia on October 19, 1953, the daughter of the late Dallas Fain and Maudie Key Fain. She was a woman of Faith and had been a member of Shepherds Chapel Church in Arkansas for over twenty years. To know Jeannette was to love her and her compassion for other people. She was a great listener and would laugh and cry with you. Jeannette loved life, Bible study, her video games, shopping and taking care of her family and her home. She never said goodbye,it was: “Always love you later!”
Words shared by her son Terry Reece, “ Mom you were always there for us and we appreciate your struggles, trials and tribulations you went through. You loved us when we needed love and laughed when we needed laughter, held us if we needed to cry and whooped that tail if we needed that too!! And made us who we are, you loved us through the good and bad and stood behind us even if we were wrong but let us know we were!! And for that love, understanding and patience is why your voice is in my head. Thank you for always being there until I see you again, Love you Later!!”
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Terry Reece, David Phillips, daughters, Deborah Priest and Jennifer Blankenship; sister, Linda Mooneyham; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Pope, son, Jimmy Howard Pope, daughter, Kimberly Dawn Pope, sisters, Barbara Fain, Gail Langford and brother, Eugene Fain.
