On Monday, December the 18th, 2023, Spencer Colby Cade returned home to his Heavenly Father. Spencer was born in Austell, GA in 1998 and raised by his mother Page, and father James. After their divorce he lived with his mother Page, sister Leyton, and his grandmother Cathy. He also lived with his father and stepmother Stacy from age 9 as well.
Spencer had a love for muscle cars and movies, but his true passion was music as witnessed by learning to play his guitar on his own and playing songs by ear. He loved to share music with his friends and family alike. Spencer had a sweet “old” soul with a love for others and an innate kindness to all people, as well as all animals. He had an incredible insight to others and his compliments were genuine and his love authentic. His wit was unmatched as was his insertion of classic movie quotes into appropriate life situations. Quality Time was his love language as he enjoyed time together as well as traveling the country for shared experiences.
Spencer leaves precious memories in the hearts of his wonderful circle of friends, as well as Mother Page, Father James, Stepmother Stacy, and siblings Leyton, Jackson, Hala and Emma. He also leaves an extensive network of extended family and countless lives touched. May the life he lived and indelible presence left, always be in our hearts and memories.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. A celebration of Spencer’s life will follow in the Rosehaven Chapel at 4:00 PM.
