Cary Hammond

Cary Euthal Hammond, age 71, formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away at home and went to heaven on December 27, 2025. He was born on November 21, 1954, in Louisa, Kentucky, to Euthal Hammond and Betty Roberts.

Cary was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and spent many years as a dedicated employee of Franklin International, from which he retired. He loved working out, an industrious individual, and someone who always had a project underway. Cary liked staying active, working with his hands, and continuously learning.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dianne Hammond; his sons, Andrew (Emma) Hammond and Brian (Yana) Hammond; and his cherished grandchildren, Evelyn, Maximus, Constantine, and Anna. He is also survived by his mother; his brother, Greg Hammond; his sisters, Angie Harper and Susan Sperry; and two nieces.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, January 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. All services will be held at Schoedinger Dublin, 5980 Perimeter Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
