"Super" Dave was an awesome human.  He was nonstop laughs despite the stresses of raising 2 children and changing jobs.  He was the one friend I wanted to see most when visiting Ohio.  I'll never forget his voice, his character or his spirit.  Dear Dave, I look forward to greeting you again on the surface realm of our eternal consciousness.  Until then, please continue to experience all of life throughout all of time and space.

Miss you, brother...but I'll get to hear your voice again and I can't wait to crack some jokes with you!

We have so many fond memories of our two children growing up together on Foxchase, even though Bryan and Becky were a little older than David and Nancy.  David was such a nice kid!  And he grew up to be a wonderful young man, father, brother, uncle, and son! You have our deepest sympathy.

We are so sorry for your loss. Dave will be missed by so many. He was a joyful and thoughtful man who always greeted everyone with a smile. We will both feel an emptiness when we don’t get his annual happy birthday texts that he never missed. One happy memory that I want to share - several years ago, Dave, Kevin McCue, and I went to a Green Bay Packer game together. Dave and I arrived in town ahead of Kevin on Saturday before the game so we walked over to Lambeau Field to take a look. As we were walking around, Dave pointed out a man on the steps talking to a small group of people and said ‘isn’t that Bart Starr’ and it was and of course we said a few words with him. The rest of the weekend was great also and as always, Dave approached everything with a positive joyful manner. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

So many memories...soccer, swimming, cubscouts, girlscouts, birthdays, halloween, vacations, literally living with each other, first communion, dances, neighborhood parties, golf, dinners, karaoke, the club and graduations. So many years. The best years of our kids lifes. We could always count on each other to be there with our kids. Always with a smile and a joke. Rain or shine. Always generous and kind. Dave "Gord" Osborn is someone that when I think of him - I immediately smile.  He had that affect on so many people.  Dave was one of my best friends from growing up and we double-dated so many high school dances including our Freshman Homecoming and our Senior Prom.  Dave was the one who named my car in high school ("Earl" which was a cream color with a tan top 1978 Ford Fairmont).  Although we did not see each other through the years as much as we'd have liked to - when we did it never seemed distant.  I am so saddened at his passing but will always smile thinking about him.  

I’m grateful for the 2 1/2 years we had together, you always made me laugh and your unconditional love for me will live with me forever.     ❤️Tracy

Dave was a great pledge fraternity brother and my first roommate after graduation in Cincinnati. He could always bring a smile to your face and lift your mood even on the days when you were most down. We had a lot of fun together which was always the case when you were with Dave. Sending my love, condolences and sympathy to his other friends and family who I know are missing him.

I really can’t believe Dave is gone.  I haven’t talked to him in a while but I always loved spending time with him. Whether we were golfing or hanging out watching some sport on TV, he was always a great guy to talk to.

I know of no one who lived a fuller life than Dave in his short 54 years.  Special memories at this very sad time, my sympathies to his family and loved ones.

Shortly after I met Dave, I gave him the nickname Super Dave and it stuck. He really was a super fantastic person. He Always had positive energy and was extremely funny. That is what I loved about Dave the most, that guy would always always make Laugh. Dave always told me the most wonderful hilarious stories from his high school years. He was the kind of person that you automatically felt at home with, felt safe with and always knew you could trust him. I will miss him for the rest of my days. Truly a one-of-a-kind friend that I was so lucky to have spent time with during my life.

Dave was ALWAYS a positive energy force at our events. He was a cherished client and friend … we loved him EVEN if he was the only Michigan Fan at our OSU Events. Tracy and Family you’re in our thoughts and prayers.

Gone far far too soon.  Shocking.  Dave was one of my favorite bros.   We hung out lots in college.  Crazy fun.  Adventurous.  Would do anything for you as I would for him.  Credit him with my nick name and many others in the house.  So funny.  Will miss him greatly.   Us brothers will be uniting in celebration of your memory.  Sad but so glad to know Dave.
