Iris R Goldman, age 85, of Marysville, Ohio, passed away on September 4, 2022.
Iris was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 11, 1936 to Ben and Esther Friedman. Iris married Richard L Goldman in October of 1956. She is preceded in death by her husband after 46 years of marriage.
She had a passion for drawing, needlepoint, creating wool hooked rugs, trying new recipes and animals, especially cats and dogs. While raising her children she was a homemaker, a business owner and active in her children's school's PTA.
Iris is survived by her daughter, Allyson Price and her son and his wife Ben and Janet Goldman; grandchildren, Erika Portugal (Rob) and Matt Goldman (Christina); great grandchildren, Ian, Leah and Cora.
Her life will be celebrated with family and friends on September 10th, 2022. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Columbus Humane Society (https://www.columbushumane.org ) or St Jude’s ( https://www.stjude.org ).
