

He was born on December 23, 1952, in Spangler, Pennsylvania, to Richard and Catherine Kibler.
Larry attended Bishop Carrol High School in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, and later continued his education at DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio.
Larry dedicated much of his professional career to the engineering and technology field. He worked for ABB in Columbus, Ohio, and Lewisburg, West Virginia, before concluding his career at Teknetix in Parkersburg, West Virginia, where he later retired.
He was a Jonah of the Eli Goldratt School of Theory of Constraints.
Larry enjoyed a wide range of hobbies and interests. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, including hunting, bird watching, and mushroom hunting. He spent time at the shooting range and liked reloading bullets. Larry also enjoyed crafting beer and was an active participant in a bourbon and cigar club.
Larry is survived by his beloved spouse of 47 years, Karen Kibler; his children, Jill (Chris) King and Matt Kibler (fiancé Denise Begley); his grandchildren, Abby (Hunter), Katie (fiancé Sam Burt), Hailey, and Colton; and his great-grandchildren, Charlie and Cooper. He is also survived by his siblings, Ronnie, Sue, and Maurita, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Catherine Kibler, and his brother, Glen Kibler.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Schoedinger Dublin, 5980 Perimeter Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church, 7179 Avery Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
