Travis Henry Hawver, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a legacy of laughter, music, and unforgettable moments. Born on January 22, 1989, in West Hills, California, Travis was the cherished son of Mari Raap and the late Harold Hawver.
A gifted guitarist and a natural songwriter. Though the guitar was his primary instrument, he had the ability to pick up and excel at nearly any instrument he touched. Travis was also known for his humor—a true jokester whose mission in life seemed to be making people smile. In recent years, he had begun learning how to be a magician.
He is survived by his loving mother, Mari; his sister, Amanda; his brother, Preston; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Travis is preceded in death by his father, Harold, and his brother, Bradley and his grandparents.
A Celebration of Life benefit will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor Travis.
