Helen A. Ranthum Johnson

She was born May 14, 1924 to Gustav and Anna Ranthum. Helen was a devoted housewife, who was always there to provide care when needed. She spent many years of her young adult life caring for an ill father and mother. She gave wonderful care to her husband who had a stroke in his early 40’s. Helen was also there to help with babysitting for relatives in a warm, special way.

She married Douglas Johnson in 1957 and they had many special years together, until his death in 1996.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, ten siblings and her husband.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
