I had the honor of working with Jamie for the past two years as our Allina representative.  He was a delight to work with, always cheerful, kind and helpful, and I was always pleased to see him come into our facility.  He had a smile for everyone here.  He will be greatly missed by all of us and leaves a space that cannot be filled.  My deepest, heartfelt sympathy to all his family and friends.

My condolences to Jamie's family and friends.  I worked with Jamie in a variety of ways over the past 13 years.  He was always helpful, honest, and smiling.  He had quite a few fun ancedotes.  He treated both small and big questions/challenges with the same care and thoughtful response.

I miss hearing you tease me by calling me Rita or Alice (when my name was Rose) everytime you came into care navigation to give me or ask me to help with a referral you had. Because I too liked to travel, I miss how we would talk about certain place we had been and what we liked and did not like about each place.

Jamie was a bouyant, effervescent, shinning, fun spirit. From the moment he'd walk through the door of our clinic the lights were brighter, and the energy higher.  I first met this cousin of mine at Aunt Connie's house. He was only 4 years old and I was 16. He had an adorable manner and great laugh. I eventually named my first born son after him. Such a terrible loss for the family.

Jamie was a man with a joyous heart. He looked for ways to make work and life better for those around him - because he genuinely cared. I will miss him and his infectious smile. My heart goes out to the family for what must seem an incomprehendable loss. You are surrounded in prayers and precious memories.

I have worked with Jamie at Allina since 2006. Jamie was the most wonderful person that ever lived. He always remembered your name and would always strike up a conversation. He took the time to say hello and ask how you were, for that I will always be grateful. He will be sadly missed.

Although we have not seen Jamie in a long time our hearts just broke when we heard the news. His smile did light up a room ever since he was a smile child, it is the one thing we remember most.  Love to all of you as you go through this very difficult time.

There is no one I have ever worked with who gave themselves so completely to the company and dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care. When I was hired at Allina, he was the first to say I could come to him any time for help. Words can not describe the ultimate respect I will always hold for Jamie. He has truly blessed my life not only professionally but as a great friend.

My deepest sympathy. I have worked for Owatonna HOME for eight years and at least talked to Jamie once a week. I knew George first as my instructor at South Central and then when I fist talked to Jamie found out they were brothers. Jamie was very dedicated to patients and how he interacted with everyone at Allina. I will miss saying "Hi" every week.

Because Morgan Park High School had such small graduating classes, you got to know kids a year or two younger and a year or two older.  I had the privilege to know Jamie since he was on my Riverside Twins Little League team and through high school.  Although I don't pretend to know him as a good friend, he was always a joy to be around whenever we ran into one another.  We shared a few memories and laughs at the reunion.  My prayers go out to his parents and siblings. Jamie was a good man!

I think all Morgan Park Alumni have a special bond that many will never know. We all have the small community high school bond. Many attended school together from start to finish and know the names of every person in their graduating class along with many names and faces of younger and older classmates. 
Jamie was a couple years ahead of me, but I still knew his name, I knew his face. We may not have been friends, but he was part of my life, my Morgan Park High School life! That connection, in itself, is unique.
I understand Jamie celebrated that unique bond just the night before he died. A celebration attended by many. A TRUE celebration of life!!
My condolences to his family, his many friends and of course his Morgan Park High School family. Cherish your memories and reminisce often with pictures and stories that bring a smile to your face. I am and always will be proud to be a Morgan Parker!!

My deepest condolences to the entire Zakula family.  Growing up in Smithville and attending Riverside school connected me to Jamie and the rest of his family.  He was always a positive and fun schoolmate -- well-liked by all!  Although we lost touch over the years, I had the pleasure of seeing him at a golf course (where else?) a while back.  It was fun to re-connect and see that his upbeat and engaging manner was still his hallmark.  I hope that your many memories of Jamie and the good wishes of those he touched will be of some comfort.

We feel so VERY lucky to have known Jamie since 6th grade, seen Jamie and laughed with Jamie just last week, and met Kim when we did last Spring.

We will miss our partner of the Phoenix foursome he was just like a brother. Kim we all love you and pray for you. Jamie was very special to me.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie at Allina Health. He provided excellent account rep services for the Transitional Care Units I attended patients at. He was an expert respiratory therapy and DME resource for me and the patients he served by his work. His passion and positivity was ever present when we would talk in person or by telephone. I am truly blessed to have known and worked with him. May his memory be eternal and his family be comforted during this most difficult of times.
