

Robert (Bob) R. Bullyan, 88, of Duluth, passed away Monday, April 6th at St. Eligius Health Care Center. He was born November 29, 1926 to Marco and Mary (Fister) Bullyan in Duluth. He was raised on Raleigh St. in West Duluth and was one of the “Raleigh St. Gang”. He was married to Delores (Dee) Gadbaw.
He spent his adult life working at U.S. Steel. He lost his leg in a work accident at age 21 in 1947 and continued there until the plant closed in the 1970’s. He was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge.
He enjoyed time with friends and family wherever they gathered. His humorous and outgoing nature will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marco and Mary; Brothers Bill and Anthony (Tony); son Robin; daughter Brenda Pearson, and his first wife Jean.
He is survived by his wife, Dee; daughters Linda Mayfield (Don); Pam Bullyan; Sherri Pearson (Darrell); stepchildren Steven Gadbaw (Terri), Suzanne Gadbaw, David Gadbaw, and Dana Peterson (Matt); brothers Mark (Bernice) Bullyan Jr., Joseph (Nancy) Bullyan, sisters Mary Ann (Harlan) Behn, and Helen Bullyan 11 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
