It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Estelle Elizabeth Chanter on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the age of 94. Elizabeth was born in London, England to parents Tina and Horace Chanter. A celebration of Elizabeth's life will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at St. John's Anglican Church, 486 Jubilee Street, Duncan, BC.
