Pete was born to Anne and John Dubinsky, March 24, 1925 at Wroxton, Saskatchewan. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Cristina Margaret in 2000. He leaves behind to remember him; his sons Bob and Dennis Dubinsky, grandchildren Jeff and Russell, sisters Mary Switzer, Kay Mitchell and Verna Dubinsky and his brother Alan. Pete Dubinsky was a dedicated man to both his family and his friends, he was reliable, steadfast and had a character and personality that all who knew new him, loved him for. There will be a service of remembrance held for Pete at the Royal Canadian Legion in Chemainus, where he was a member, on Saturday June 15, 2011 at 11am. If wishing donation may be made to a charity on your choice. Thank you to all of Pete’s neighbours for keeping an ever watchful gaze in these last few months.
