Ross was born and went to school in Strathroy, Ontario, but spent most of his adult life on the west coast. He had friends and family from one side of the country to the other.
Ross will be forever remembered by his family and friends. He was the beloved husband and best friend to his wife of 41 years, Cecilia ( Cec) Waters. Ross is also survived by his sons Curtis and Alan (Sabrina) whom he was so proud of. He spoke (bragged) of them often to his friends.
There will be no formal services at his request. For those who wish, memorial contributions can be made in Ross's name to cowichanhospice.org/hospice-house
