He was a devoted family-man, always letting his family know he loved them and he preferred spending the majority of his time with them. Leon was an avid sports enthusiast, supporting the Texas Rangers, Frisco Rough Riders and Dallas Cowboys. He harbored a lifelong love for man’s best friend and always had a canine companion by his side. Leon regularly stressed the importance of having a dog in your life and passed that love on to each of his children and grandchildren.
